chicken stuff

a beautiful afternoon in the company of mosquitoes around mosquitoes singing lol ...
sit and think and flashed an idea to make a main dish that is tasty and delicious




Zheguen chicken with mushroom tortolea and macatapei sauce on the top.


ingredients:

Zheguen chicken:

150gr chicken fillet
little white pepper
a little salt


mushroom tortolea:

2 pieces of button mushrooms
1/2 tsp butter
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp cooking cream
little chicken broth powder


macatapei sauce:

2 tbsp of sauce powder demiglass
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp melted butter
50ml water

vegetable:

50gr red peppers
30 grams of broccoli
30gr cauliflower
2 sheets pok coy
2 basil leaves
sedikitr salt
a little pepper




Chicken Zheguen methods:

- Chicken split into two parts.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken.

Mushroom tortolea methods:

- Discard stem and peel the skin on the button mushrooms and wash thoroughly.

input all the sauce ingredients in saucepan and cook until cooked


vegetable methods:

- Cut all the vegetables into boxes except brocoly and cauliflower.
